Membership

A membership buys a seat in one division (North or South) for one season: scheduling, pairings, standings, league events, and championship eligibility. Green fees are paid directly to each course at league rates unless your tier says otherwise. Memberships are personal; substitutes may play individual rounds in your place.

Refunds

Full refund before your division's first league round. After play begins, refunds are pro-rated by rounds remaining. Founding-rate lock applies only while your membership renews without a lapse.

Play and conduct

Members follow each course's rules and pace-of-play. Be someone worth sharing a cart with: no spam pitches, no poaching the tee sheet for cold outreach, and heckling stays friendly. The league may decline or revoke membership (with a pro-rated refund) if someone makes the league worse.

Weather and changes

Golf happens outside. Rained-out rounds are rescheduled or replaced; courses in the rota can change season to season. We'll always tell you before you tee off.

Assumption of risk

Golf involves the usual hazards of sport and the occasional errant ball. By participating, members accept those ordinary risks. This section is a placeholder — final waiver language to be provided by counsel.
