What we collect

When you join the league, join a waitlist, or contact us, we collect what you give us: name, email, phone, company, and division preference. Payments are processed by our checkout provider; we never see or store full card numbers. Like most sites, we also collect basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to understand what's working.

How we use it

• Running the league: scheduling, pairings, standings, and event communication.
• The member roster: members appear in the league directory visible to other members. Tell us if you'd rather sit that out.
• League updates and offers from us. Unsubscribe anytime — links are in every email.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the vendors who run our checkout, email, and scheduling tools — bound by their own confidentiality obligations.

Your choices

Email play@networkinggolf.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of the member directory.
